Artist heading

Art has been my profession all my adult life in different professional contexts. I work as an artist from my home studio in the beautiful Mull of Galloway in south west Scotland. From my studio/workshop I mainly make felted pieces of art and also I explore the many delights of painting, drawing and mixed media textile work.

I offer felting workshops from my home and I am available to teach offsite involving myself in community arts for wellbeing. I love to inspire others using skills from my art psychotherapy profession.

I take much of my inspiration from the beauty of many landscapes, seascapes and their presenting colours and textures considering aspects such as colour, light and tone. I consider all of my creations as an extension of my training as an abstract painter.
